The Headteacher and Governors of St Peter’s Church of England Aided School, Exeter, are looking for a School Chaplain (ordained or lay) who:
• is a person of prayer
• has qualities of leadership
• is a team player
• is a sensitive pastor
• can inspire young people to explore and develop their spiritual life
• is as excited as we are by the opportunities of this post
Salary range is negotiable. The Chaplaincy is a 0.6 post. Increased time will be considered for a candidate who offers additional, relevant professional skills and experiences. The successful candidate will be licensed by the Bishop of Exeter and will work closely with colleagues in the Diocese. If ordained, s/he will be eligible ministerial review, will be active in the School Chaplain’s network, and must be willing to undertake further local and national training.
