Following the Olympic success of the GB Women’s Hockey Squad in Rio, King’s College is delighted to announce the launch of The Maddie Hinch Scholarship to celebrate our former pupil’s outstanding achievement.
Maddie herself joined King’s on an all-rounder scholarship. She played 1st team netball, was hockey captain in her final year and a school prefect. She also achieved excellent GCSE and A Level results.
The Maddie Hinch Scholarship will be awarded to a pupil, joining the school in Year 9 in the September 2017 year of entry, who demonstrates outstanding potential in hockey.
The scholarship complements the other 13+ and 16+ awards available and will attract a remission of up to 50% of the day fees.
